I’ve been feeling vulnerable.

I know that most of it is on my mind…but lately, my body is making me feel vulnerable. I’m 39 now, and being 40 is a barrier that makes me anxious.

Am I having a “Mid Life Crisis”?


Could it be just a “Life Style” adaptation that I need to come up with?

On Saturday I woke up from a very horrible dream; a nightmare…I couldn’t feel my heart pumping!


My heart is NOT PUMPING!!! It couldn’t be real, as I was actually awake, and with a PANIC! Yup, I had a Panic Attack!!!

I treat Panic Attacks for God’s sake! I treat people with them on my private practice, this could not be happening to me!!!

What was I feeling? What was actually trying my body to say to me? Was there something wrong with my heart?

I started to treat myself with therapy, as I normally would in my private practice, to get the Panic Down to nothing… started my day… woke up kids, wife, etc. Did my house chores…all the time, paying attention to my heart…heartbeats…heart…HEARTBEATS…THUMP…THUMP>>>THUMP!!!! THUUUMMP!!! I was obsessing with my own heartbeats and feeling my heart on my Aorta.

On the afternoon, I went to my parent’s house, and my dad has HIS heart checker machine…for OLD people…That’s what I thought before. Strapped my arm into the Pump, and hit START! As it started to close on my arm, I actually FELT my heartbeats again… WTF!? Now what…BEEP…sounded the machine…Oh CRAP…140 by 93.

140!!! by 93!!! 

This couldn’t be happening! I’m Hypertensive!

Normal blood tension is 120 by 80.

What could be wrong?


Life is breaking me…I can’t let it…I have small children, and need to see them grow up, so I need to be:



O.k. I need to become Unbreakable…and protect my heart and my body/mind from STRESS and Life Style.

Life is faster these days. Life goes faster…relationships and even people die faster… I have passed the last ten, fifteen or even 20 years, doing the same thing. I love the saying on Stephen King’s Dreamcatcher “Same Shit, Different Day”. I’ve been doing that, same shit, different day…non stop, for twenty years.

You awake, take your kids, if you have them, to school…get to your job…work, WORK, WOOORKK… get home, dinner, sleep… RINSE AND REPEAT… the cycle is endless.

Stop the cycle. Become Unbreakable!


What do you need to become unbreakable?

You need to change your LIFESTYLE.

I know… It won’t be easy…easy, is to just let life take you appart. Easy is to eat yourself full of fat, and have a heart attack from cholesterol.

Easy is to just keep doing whatever it is that you are doing…

Just do the Same Shit, Different Day, and you will have it the EASY way into life. RInse and REPEAT…

Untill life gets you, with High Blood Preassure.


This is what I’m planning to do to STOP the Cycle:

1. Get a  Heart Scan

I haven’t had an electro from my heart, NEVER. I must admit that i’m getting to the average age where you need to scan things on yourself.

2. Sleep More

My kids have a hard time getting to sleep, and stay up late… Both of them, 9 and almost 3 years old, sleep on the average aroung 10:30 even 11:00 at night. When they sleep, I help my wife to put things on shelves, wash milk bottles…yep, my son still drinks his milk on bottles. He does not EAT, almost anything. But that will be another story here.

So I will come up with a plan, for everybody to go to sleep at maximum 10 o’clock.

3. Drink less SODA.

I usually drink 6 glasses of Coke. I just love it…sometimes I drink more, sometimes less. Definitely need to drink less.

4. Take everyday Vitamin C

To help my immune system, and to help my body fight some nasty things…

A recent study published in Seminars in Preventive and Alternative Medicinethat looked at over 100 studies over 10 years revealed a growing list of benefits of vitamin C.

“Vitamin C has received a great deal of attention, and with good reason. Higher blood levels of vitamin C may be the ideal nutrition marker for overall health,” says study researcher Mark Moyad, MD, MPH, of the University of Michigan. “The more we study vitamin C, the better our understanding of how diverse it is in protecting our health, from cardiovascular, cancer, stroke, eye health [and] immunity to living longer.”

Lately I’ve been having recurring flu and allergies, so I think this will help me fight against recurring stuff.

5. Take everyday OMEGA 3 Fish Oil Supplement

Benefits of taking Omega 3:

  • Blood fat (triglycerides). Fish oil supplements can lower elevated triglyceride levels. …
  • Rheumatoid arthritis. Fish oil supplements (EPA+DHA) can curb stiffness and joint pain. …
  • Depression. …
  • Baby development. …

and…best of all, it also helps to fight against The Inflammation Syndrome.

6. Exerise

For 20 years I’ve been mostly sendentary. I don’t walk, I don’t run, and I don’t do any martial arts, as I used to when I was in my teens and twenties.

Who am I kidding? This sendentary life is taking me to my grave. I need to act and DO SOME SHIT! Exercise, and your well being will return.

I love Martial Arts, and before I can try them again, I think I will do some>






7. Meditate

I used to love doing Meditation. I used to meditate 30 min. per day. That was 15 years ago…what happened…LIFE. Again…SSDD syndrome…

I need to start meditating again. It helps you to relax, and work your inner self.

It works against Blood Hypertension.

8. Work With My Emotions  Using HandLink Technique

If you live through life without paying attention to your emotions, they will actually get stuck in areas of your body, and stop energy from flowing. This with time will cause disease.

Please work on your emotions. In this video I explain how you can work on ANY emotion, and if they are NEGATIVE stop them from becoming stuck on your body. Emotions, and their energy need to flow out of your body.
